I have just been inspired by a blog called mykitchenstories.com.au Written by a friend of my sister Charlie, it is brilliant and well worth a look.
Above a little grilled aubergine, roasted pepper and baby mozerella salad, with aged balsamic vinager and a few secret ingredients that will go into my cook book.
